CANCELLATION CONDITIONS PER ROOM

- You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge until 1 month before arrival,

- If canceled within 1 month before arrival we charge 25% of the total amount,

- If canceled within 24 hours prior to arrival date (from 0:00 pm), until the departure date we charge 100% of the total amount.

Note: Check-in day starts at 0:00, these terms are per room.
We advise you to take out travel insurance with your bank or insurance company.

CANCELLATION POLICY PER APARTMENT

- If you cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before arrival, we charge 25% of the total.

- If canceled within 14 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total.

- If canceled within 24 hours of arrival and departure we charge 100% of the total amount charged.
