The Marie Tak van Poortvliet museum, named after the art collector Marie Tak van Poortvliet, is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The museum opened its doors, on its current location, in 1994, after the art room opposite the Badpaviljoen had disappeared in 1921. The museum has beautiful and diverse exhibitions, a photo exhibition of Domburg is expected in 2021. Have you seen enough beach during your stay at Strandhotel Duinheuvel, but would you like to swim? Then go to Zwemparadijs de Parel, the leisure center of Domburg. De Parel has both an indoor and outdoor pool, slides and a playground, perfect for a day with the whole family. Would you rather relax? Then enjoy the sauna landscape and the sauna bar. The old Town Hall is a monumental building, located on the Markt in Domburg. The current building was built in 1567, making it the second oldest building in Domburg. The former town hall has been an official national monument since 1966. You can visit the town hall, nowadays it is used as a shop.
